Despite common misconceptions, FHA loans are excellent for the right person. They are very often easier to get approved for (with just 3.5% down on purchases and higher DTI limits than conventional loans) and they generally have lower rates.

Also, most people don't stay in these loans very long. The goal is very often to refinance out of this loan after 1-3 years (removing the PMI). However, PMI (private mortgage insurance) is generally relatively low and is added into the monthly payment in most cases.

What are your rates?

Interest rates are dependent upon many factors including debt to income ratio, loan to value, loan amount, and credit score (to name a few). On average, our rates are about a half point to a point lower than nearly anyone.
What are the credit score requirements?

Believe it or not we actually have loan options that go as low as a 500 credit score.
How fast are your funding times?

Loans can fund in as fast as 14 days. The typical timeframes are around 20-30 days.
