HELOCs & Home Equity Loans

Another tool that homeowners can use, in order to access the equity in their home (without refinancing their first mortgage), is a HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) or a HE Loan (Home Equity Loan). Technically that's 2 options but they are very similar.

Essentially, these are second mortgage liens, where your first mortgage sits in "first position" and one of these loans is in "second position" (making it a second mortgage).

With these loans you have one monthly payment amount, based upon how much you borrow and your rate can either be adjustable (HELOC) or fixed (HE Loan).

Interest rates are dependent upon many factors including debt to income ratio, loan to value, loan amount, and credit score (to name a few). On average, our rates are about a half point to a point lower than nearly anyone.
What are the credit score requirements?

Believe it or not we actually have loan options that go as low as a 500 credit score.
How fast are your funding times?

Loans can fund in as fast as 14 days. The typical timeframes are around 20-30 days.
